Na nossa última visita a Mogadouro houve oportunidade de ver e fotografar o rebanho de Churras Galegas Bragançanas. O queijo é excelente e já faz parte dos nossos produtos essenciais em casa. E é também daqui que vem a lã Churra que fio e que lavo há dois anos. Já há muitas meadas no armário, à espera de um projecto à altura.

In our last visit to Mogadouro (in the Portuguese Northeast) I had the opportunity to finally get some photos of the famous Churra Galega Bragançana flock. Their cheese is superb and it is part of our houses culinary “must-haves”. And it is also from these sheep that I get the Churra wool that I’ve been spinning and washing for the last 2 years.
